West Midlands Metro is supporting Birmingham’s Light Festival 2026 by helping visitors get to and from the city with ease. With fast, frequent tram services, Metro offers a quieter, cleaner and more convenient way to travel during the festival.

1. Download the MyMetro App.
   Use the download button or QR code to install the app.

2. Sign Up or Log In.

3. Create an account and log in to access the offer.
   Redeem Your Ticket.

4. Go to Purchase, tap Scan QR Code, and scan the festival code.

5. Select Your Travel Date.

Tickets are valid 12–15 February only.

Travel Your ticket will appear in My Tickets — you’re good to go.
