In partnership with Mattawhero wines, The Oyster Club will be hosting a special 5 course tasting menu, paired with the wonderful wines from Gisborne, New Zealand. Situated on the far east coast of the North Island, Gisborne boasts long hot summers and rich fertile plains. The Māori name for it is Tairāwhiti, the coast upon which the sun shines.
