Reunion - a luminous space where evolving light patterns create a magical setting for connection. Beneath colourful arches, visitors are invited to pause and engage with their surroundings.

Kumquat Lab is a light art studio based in Edinburgh. They create evocative installations for public spaces and cultural events. Inspired by the emotional power of light, they aim to bring people together and spark new collective memories.

WHAT TO EXPECT (ACCESS)

The site is step-free with flat, hard ground suitable for wheelchair users and mobility aids. There is no sound, music or flashing/strobe lighting; the light is steady and gently animated.

There is no seating provided. As this is a busy public space, footfall and sightlines may vary at peak times.

SUSTAINABILITY INFO

The installation uses only 800 watts - less power than most people use making a cup of tea.
